For booking throught the Airbnb.com website:
Airbnb is offering a free insurance for both the Host (Damage protection) and the Guests (Liability protection) during all the renting periods. It is a reccomandation to the Guests to familiarise with the Airbnb AirCover Insurance
For booking throught the Vrbo.com website:
Vrbo is offering a free USD1M insurance for the Hosts but no coverage to Guests. It is a reccomandation to the Guests to familiarise with the Vrbo Insurance
"Broken Items Notesheet":
I am encoraging all the Villa Vanda Guests to use the "Broken Items Notesheet" to note the items that could broke during a stay. It is absolutelly normal for things to broke but it is equally important to know about them and to be able to replace them in light of the next Guests arrivals so that all Guests will have a fanstatic time.
