Terms & Conditions

1. All services are provided only to Guests with an active Airbnb / Vrbo rental agreement 
2. All services are provided by Local professional
3. Personal Chef and Cocktail night services are provided at the Villa only
4. Villa Vanda is not liable for any issue/s arising between the Guests and the Service Providers
5. Villa Vanda is acting as an intermediatery between the Guests and the Service Providers
6. A deposit of 50% of the total cost may be applicable and not refundable. 
7. All payments are processed directly with the Service Provider
8. Villa Vanda does not process any payment/s including deposits for Service Providers
9. Villa Vanda does not have any financial gain by offering these services. These servives are provided to promote Local Businesses and provide a great service to Villa Vanda Guests
10. Villa Vanda applys a € 10.00 booking fee. On an yearly basis Villa Vanda is donating the enrire booking fees amount to the Italian Parkinson Association. A copy of the donation receipt is made available on the Villa Vanda web site donation page. A PayPal link will be sent by Villa Vanda to the Guests by email once the booking is confirmed.
